The village is surrounded by a gorgeous nature and wonderful forests. The "Famenne" is a region situated between the valley of the "Lesse" and of the "Ourthe". The best region for the fans of nature, the hikers and all kinds of sportsmen.
MARCHE-EN-FAMENNE has got a rich natural, architectural, cultural, touristic, and commercial heritage: its listed buldings, its natural settings, its museums, numerous marked out walks are organised (for walking or cycling) as well as rides with regional horses (Marche) or in a barouche (Nassogne).
The village is situated in the middle of a large touristic area:
ROCHEFORT: the wondeful castle of Lavaux-Ste-Anne, the caves and the nature reserve of Han S/Lesse, Chevetogne (10 min away from Humain): leisure park with outdoor games, swimming pools, barbecue sets...
DURBUY: the smollest town (medieval) on earth, and its surroundings, where you can play golf, or go canoeing.

Laundry: fridge + freezer, micro-wave oven, washing machine, drier, iron + ironing board. One car garage.
First floor: 4 bedrooms: 3 with two-persons bed, 1 with 2 one-person beds. Blankets, pillows. 3 bathrooms: 1 with shower, sink, toilet, 1 with bath/shower, sink, toilet, 1 with jacuzzi bath, double sink, toilet.
2 cots, 2 high-chairs, 1 playpen, 1 changing table, 1 folding cot.
Mezzanine: 3 one-person beds, duvets and pillows. Air-conditioning.
Central heating. Enclosed garden (fence + hedge): swing, slide, sandpit + accessories.
Terrace, garden seats and table, 2 barbecue sets.
You need to lay down a guarantee of Eur 300 on arrival. You will get it back (all or part of) on departure, after having checked the house.
The Expenses are to be paid according the consumption on departure. Expenses are: water, electricity, heating, local tax, and the cleanup of the house which amounts to Eur 70 (mandatory).
Animals: one dog is allowed upon request (Eur 1,50 per day).
You have to bring: sheets, towels.
