Villa 'Villa La Yuka', Torrevieja (9800P1U1)
Entering the villa from the rear terrace you will come in to a large modern kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Utility room with Washer, iron & ironing board. A feature archway into a very spacious lounge with two sofas, feature fireplace, TV + full satellite package with 32 channels, video, radio, and fully air conditioned/heating. There are three spacious double ground floor bedrooms two with en suite bathrooms; all have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. There is also a large ground floor bathroom with walk in shower, toilet & wash basin. The master bedroom has double doors open on to the large sun terrace leading to an 8X4 private swimming pool, very large solarium, with table, chairs + sun loungers. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach. The garden is around a quarter of an acre and as ample areas for sun bathing. The huge solarium has sun all day. The terrace at the front of the house is ideal for dining in the evenings. The private pool gets sun all day, and we have introduced games and activities for the young and the more mature ( young at heart) The private swimming pool available all year round, and cleaned twice a week. The garden is private, our neighbors are Spanish, English, Dutch and Italian and are very helpful. Villa La Yuka is ideally situated just a short drive away and between Torrevieja and Guardamar Del Segura, and with 340 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 20 degrees. Torrevieja's biggest attraction is without doubt its seafront. The promenade, the marina, the fine sandy beaches and numerous rocky coves provide something for everyone - the sports enthusiasts, the sun worshipers, the people watchers and the nature lovers.Located next to the mouth of the River Segura, Guardamar overlooks a long beach bordered by a large expanse of sand dunes covered with pines and eucalyptus. The setting is one of the most unique scenes in the Land of Valencia, with an original combination of extensive coastal dunes protected by a verdant forest, fertile fields and orchards and the omnipresent beach and the Mediterranean sea. There are no additional costs A 250 euro security deposit is payable with the balance of the holiday, and returned 14 days after completion. Because of cleaning times, La Yuka must be vacated at 10 am on the final day unless agreed differently with the caretaker. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach. On arrival you will find La Yuka totally cleaned and all bed linen, towels washed. From Alicante airport follow the A7 motorway sign Murcia, Torrevieja, Cartagena. after about 20 minutes follow the sign Torrevieja, Cartagena AP7. After about 15 minutes follow the sign Torrevieja North (Norte) at the roundabout take the 4th exit, at the next roundabout take the 1st exit Torrevieja, stay on this road until you come to the 5th roundabout, turn left, at the junction turn left, take the 1st right, take the 1st left Calle Ravel number 22.
