The Villa has a patio which is furnished to enable you to dine outside, sun loungers with cushions are provided. The two bedrooms upstairs have their own terraces,on the top floor of the Villa there is a solarium with seating available.which is lovely for late night drinks.
The Villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac with off street parking. Within walking distance of the main shops/restaurants/bars. Every Monday there is a famous local market within walking distance.
The two airports Alicante and Valencia are approximately one hours drive away, Golf courses are nearby and a new shopping mall is situated ten minutes drive away, in Ondara with cinemas/ten pin bowling /restaurants available.Configuration

Mountains walks are nearby in the Montgo National Park.A regular train service from Denia on a scenic route to Altea/Calpe/Benidorm. In the Marina there is a Ferry service to Ibiza, plus a water taxi along the coast line to these resorts. There are two 18 Hole Golf Courses in Javea and La Sella, Go Karting in Denia and Oliva. The hire of quad bikes and diving lessons are available in Denia.
Because of its location the Villa is ideally situated for walking into the town to the restaurants without worry of parking and drink driving.
The old town of Denia has recently been pedestrianised with many small bars,with outside seating,

There are no additional hidden costs
Deposit to be paid at the time of booking and the balance to be paid to the owner on arrival.
We do ask guest not arrive before 2pm and depart by 10am to enable the cleaners to gain access to the Villa.

Bed Linnen and towels are provided and laundered. We can provide towels for the beach at a cost of 6 Euros per towel, per week.
The Villa is cleanned on your departure. We do ask that on your departure all bed linen is removed from the beds and towels from the bathrooms to be placed in the large bags provided. All personal rubbish to be placed in nearby bins.
No pets are allowed.
