The Villa has three bedrooms: One "Master" with walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, bath tub, bidet and two wash-basins and safety box; two guest’s bedrooms with double beds and with ensuite and shower.
The living area has a Cathedral style wooden ceiling, wooden floor, sofa and armchair, dining table and chairs for 8 people.Also at the guests disposal is large LCD TV (satellite), DVD player as well as a CD player system. There is a wireless internet connection available at no extra charge (via personal laptop).
The kitchen is fully equipped and is located next to the living room area and is finished to the highest level in wood with marble tops. Utilities include American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, espresso machine for coffee and cappuccino, Moca, kettle and toaster.Directly outside the kitchen and living room area the Villa has a veranda which boasts views of the swimming pool and golf course. Furnished with a three seated sofa, two armchairs and coffee table, a wooden table dining chairs for 8 people. This is a lovely area for enjoying your morning coffee, lunch or dinner or alternatively al fresco dining and entertaining, using the large stone built bbq area nearby.Configuration

The resort allows for plenty of leisure activities, such as golf, tennis, relaxing in the luxurious health spa, walking, horse riding at the equestrian centre and gymnasium. There is also a wide choice of restaurants and bars. Situated within 5 minutes there is wonderful sandy and pebbled beach with crystal clear waters. The cost of Electricity units is included in the rental price: the maximum limit consumption (per week) is 500 kWh; however air-conditioning/heating should only be used while you are actually in the property, with all windows and doors closed. Under no circumstances should the units be left on continuously while the property is unoccupied. Units used above these allowances will be charged at € 0,15 per unit and deducted from the deposit.
A deposit of €500.00 must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the first day of the rental (to make good any loss or damage occurring during your stay). The security deposit shall be refunded one week after the property has been vacated following an inspection of the property.
Arrival time Saturday after 3.00 pm.A Company representative will escort you to the Property.An inventory will also be taken.A charge of € 30 will be made for each set of keys not returned to us complete
Departure time Saturday by 10,00 am.
In the event of cancellation of the confirmed booking the following charges shall be applied:
Cancellation period prior to commencement Payment over and above deposit (30%)
One or two months before first day of the rental 50% of rental cost
Less one month before first day of the rental 100% of rental cost
Cancellation is required in writing by e-mail.
If it is deemed necessary, the Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Villa booking. In this unlikely event, you will receive all monies paid for renting.
No compensation shall be payable by the Company.

Housekeeping and maids services are provided once a week. The service includes laundering of linen and towels (linen and towels are changed once per week). This service is increased to three times during a two week stay.
Well behaved small pets, are welcome at the Villa, subject to our specific prior written approval, any damage caused by such pets will be charged to you
